We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning carpets and products purchased from our online store.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 3-5 days of the original purchase date.
  • The carpet must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • The carpet must not have been installed, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized carpets.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Carpets that have been used, installed, or altered.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Carefully package the carpet in its original packaging, including any protective materials.
  • Ship the carpet to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Inspection and Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned carpet, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a carpet for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability and authorization .

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a carpet that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at admin@ruhalmadina.nz or +6421953373. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
